SENIOR FITNESS! Strength Training At 65+ Years Old

 

My mother lost 40 lbs., and reversed osteoarthritis in her knees, due to the power of a nutrient-dense plant-rich diet combined with proper barbell strength training. Becoming overweight and diseased is NOT the natural consequence of aging! At 68 years of age, my mom has NEVER been on prescription medications,¬†whereas more than 90% of ALL Americans her age are at least taking one prescription medication. I wanted to post this to show that YOU CAN DO THE SAME THING ALSO! You don’t have to accept the reduced health condition you are in.
