One on One Strength Training & Flexibility

Combining proper strength training with nutritional excellence is the best way to build the physique you desire, whether male or female, young or old. It is also the best way for those who are older, to relieve back, knee, and hip pain, and strengthen the bones. I teach the proper way to perform the basic barbell movements: The Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Bench Press, and for younger populations I also teach the Power Clean and/or the Power Snatch. These movements synergistically strengthen the entire body from head to toe. I will also show you the best way to stretch to gain mobility throughout your entire body.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and competitive Powerlifter, I have the educational AND practical experience to help ALL populations improve their strength, mobility, and physique via a properly prescribed Barbell Training Program.

What to Expect

You will start at the LEVEL YOU ARE AT.

No matter how old or how weak, I will find the proper starting point for YOU, and build you up from there.

We will warmup each session, and end each workout with stretching.

We will move as slow or fast as necessary to insure proper form.

I will monitor your progress by recording each workout in a Training Log.
