Your videos are loaded with knowledge, and I have learned so much. On February 18, 2012, I was 388 pounds. I started a new way of eating, not a diet. I eliminated sugar in all forms and bad carbohydrates like bread and potatoes. My wife prepares my Quinoa with black beans with an egg white vegetable omelet for breakfast. For my lunch, I eat Sockeye salmon and quinoa, and salad. My dinner is a superfood salad with one avocado. My sugar comes from fruit like watermelon, bananas, apples, and mangos.
I’m happy to tell you I’ve lost 115 pounds. I thank God and my wife and you and my sister, who shared the sugar-free challenge. The most important thing is my blood work is excellent. I went from being Pre diabetic to healthy normal readings. My cholesterol was 133; now it’s under 100. I must add that I walk at least 3 miles a day. That’s very important.
