SISTER ISRAEL LOST 100 POUNDS VIA WATER FASTING & THE MEDICINE FOODS OF GOD!


Back in the fall of 2018, I came across your YouTube Page, and you were teaching that we should not be eating multiple times a day. When our forefathers (ancient Israelites) were in the wilderness, you taught this because they did not eat like that. We can live off water, and a snack, and a small supper.

So, I took your advice, and I started to drink ten bottles of water in the morning for breakfast, and for lunch, I would have fresh fruit or vegetables. Then I would repeat the water until about 5 or 6 pm, drinking as much water as I can until I go to bed. I ate no sugar except for natural sugar in fruit.

When I started in November 2018, I was wearing an XXX-large t-shirt size and I weighed 245 pounds.

By the beginning of January 2019, I noticed I could no longer fit MOST of my clothes. When I started going back to the church in June 2019, everyone’s eyes and mouth dropped! They kept asking me I lost so much weight, and I told them about The Minister of Wellness’s YouTube channel.

We are now in 2021, and I am only 145-150 pounds! I have not gained any of my weight back; it seems impossible! I am still drinking my water for breakfast, a small meal for lunch, and a light dinner. Oh, and I am off most of my prescription drugs, as I use herbs instead. Thank you, Minister, for your ministry.
